These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AgentRezi platform available at agentrezi.com(the "Service"), operated by AgentRezi ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
AgentRezi provides an AI-powered voice receptionist for small businesses. The Service answers inbound phone calls, checks appointment availability via Google Calendar, books appointments, and sends SMS confirmations on behalf of merchants who subscribe to the platform.
You must create an account to use the Service. You may sign up using Google OAuth or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete business information. You represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of the business you register.
The Service integrates with Google Calendar to check availability and create events. By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize us to read and write calendar events solely for the purpose of managing appointments. You may disconnect your calendar at any time from the dashboard.
The Service assigns you a phone number for your AI receptionist. Inbound calls to this number are handled by our AI agent. Call audio is processed in real time and is not recorded unless explicitly enabled. Call metadata (duration, outcome, transcript) may be stored to provide analytics.

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by AgentRezi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for missed calls, incorrect bookings, calendar errors, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
