AgentRezi ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AgentRezi platform available at agentrezi.com(the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
Account information. When you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and Google profile information. We use this to create and manage your merchant account.
Google Calendar data. If you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events solely to check availability and create appointment bookings on your behalf. We do not read, store, or share calendar data beyond what is necessary to provide the booking service.
Business information. You provide your business name, phone number, services, hours, and related configuration. This data is used to power your AI receptionist.
Call data. When customers call your AI receptionist, we process call audio in real time to provide the voice agent service. We may store call transcripts, duration, and outcome (booked, missed, etc.) to provide call logs and analytics.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and access controls. Authentication tokens and API keys are stored in AWS Secrets Manager. We do not store Google OAuth passwords.
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. Call logs and transcripts are retained to provide analytics. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
You may access, update, or delete your business information through the dashboard at any time. To request full account deletion or data export, contact us at the email below.
AgentRezi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
